LiveMine Solutions is honored to be the recipient of the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre Award for Innovation Excellence at the 2022 AIM WA Pinnacle Awards. This award is given to businesses representing leadership excellence in innovation, having positively impacted the organisation and its stakeholders, and demonstrating business leadership for the industry in which the organisation is situated.
We elected to donate the $20,000 training prize to Youth Focus, an organisation dedicated to combating mental health through counselling and school-based education programs. This cause is close to our hearts at LiveMine and the team is grateful to donate their prize to this important organisation.
Our Managing Director Bud wrote some words about the event.
How do you feel after winning this award?
I feel privileged that I get to be involved in building a mining tech startup and winning this award gives us external validation that we are making positive changes
What does this award mean to you?
It's recognition not only for myself but for the whole team who are all super passionate about our vision and making LiveMine a success. It gives our company a great boost
How will LiveMine continue to create innovation in the Mining industry?
We have some really exciting tech being released over the next 6 months that is set to make big changes to current processes. We plan to stay ahead of the technology curve by looking outside of the mining industry to see what they are doing in other sectors and consulting with our clients about their current issues and how we can collaboratively try to solve these issues with technology
Is there anyone you’d like to thank?
The LiveMine team. I know it's cliche but this would not be possible without them and the passion they all have for building tech products.
And my partner Nikki who is my biggest supporter.
